Tracey Katof is a personal trainer and lifestyle mentor. Her fitness training is inspired by her experience as a pilates trainer, professional dancer, choreographer, bodybuilder, and L1 Crossfit trainer. Tracey has extensive experience training advanced clientele including professional dancers and athletes, as well as those recovering from chronic pain and injuries. She is dedicated to the progress of her clients and is inspired to help them reach their health and fitness goals through customized one-on-one relationships.
